I first had the pleasure of working with Charles at FireEye, where he had been hired to identify, build, and manage partners ranging from systems integrators and consultants to value added resellers. Not only was his performance exemplary but he is also a pleasure to work with. My experiences with Charles led me to engage him to lead Gravwell partner efforts in Japan and Asia Pacific as a whole.
